Questions? Answers.

We're no mind-readers, but we figured you'd have a few questions.

Most consulting firms operate project-by-project, which creates a fundamental misalignment: their incentive is to complete a project and move on, not to ensure you actually succeed long-term. We've designed a completely different model because we believe strategy means nothing without flawless operations.

Yes. We require a 6-month initial engagement to establish a strong working relationship and deliver measurable results.

Here's why: strategic change takes time. You need months to identify opportunities, align your team, implement recommendations, and see the business impact. Three months barely gets you through discovery and planning in the United States market. After six months, you'll have meaningful progress to assess—actionable strategy, team alignment, new partnerships, market expansion or whatever your key metrics are.

At that point, you can continue month-to-month, adjust your arrangement, or evolve the engagement based on what we have learned together. In practice, most clients stay with us for years once they experience the strategic value and avoid the disruption of repeatedly engaging new consultants. But we respect that business circumstances change. If you need to revisit your arrangement after six months, we're flexible and transparent about next steps.
